The Webinar Series is delivered as a four part program, with each Webinar taking approximately 30-40 minutes.

    A more in-depth look at the difference between mental health, mental illness and boosting mental wellbeing, along with how to look out for colleagues and friends, managing stress and developing self-help techniques to build resilience.
  1. Brief Intervention in the Workplace
    A discussion on how to connect with others, support colleagues who are facing difficulties at work or at home, how to provide safe spaces for open conversations, and providing strategies and techniques for employees and managers to ‘be there’ for one another in a time of distress or hardship.
  1. Promoting and Strengthening Mental Health
    Discussion about the importance of emotional self-awareness and effective methods of dealing with strong emotional reactions in the workplace, along with strategies to handle Work/Life balance, stress and anxiety, along with more advanced techniques to build mental health resilience.
