Our team of professional support staff, critical incident managers, counsellors and workplace consultants are committed to improving people’s lives and making workplaces safer, healthier and more productive. 

From our head office in Newcastle, and alongside service partners in cities and regional centres across Australia and New Zealand, we provide proactive and immediate Employee Assistance services to people in workplaces in every State and Territory, at any time of day or night.

As a 24/7 operation, starting from our beginnings as a counselling and rehabilitation program for maritime workers and an international seafarers’ welfare provider, we are in a unique position to respond to crises or incidents affecting shift workers or employees at Fly-In-Fly-Out worksites, and those who are Working-From-Home.
