Hunterlink is a unique Employee Assistance Provider, operated Not-for-Profit, which puts worker wellbeing and mental health at the centre of everything we do.
Our background is in the maritime and shipping industry, but we have evolved to provide direct assistance and proactive support to more than 100,000 workers in industries as diverse as mining, electrical, manufacturing, hospitality, retail and community services.
We understand that the stress or pressure of work can impact your home life, so we also make our services available for your immediate family. While our specialist counsellors are trained to support people over the age of 16, for younger teenagers or children we recommend specialised child psychologists and refer these queries to Headspace and the KidsMatter 24/7 helpline.
We believe it is vital for employees and managers alike to understand the importance of reaching out for support and to encourage their colleagues to reach out when they see someone experiencing a tough time at work.
Our proactive worker welfare support services include phone counselling, video counselling, email and WhatsApp messaging services as well as support for workers undergoing a redundancy or employment termination, with services to assist workers seek new employment or consider their options for retraining.
