Hunterlink is a fast-growing organisation that has been built from demand and is considered the preferred Industry Specialist Employee Assistance Provider in Australia. Our holistic approach ensures every organisational health need is met and optimum wellbeing for every employee and their family.
Our national network is extensive, covering Australia’s most remote areas and our response time to critical situations on-site is unprecedented. We partner with handpicked organisations that have the same forward-thinking wellbeing goals as us, and understand immediate access to mental health services is not a luxury but a human right.
Hunterlink specialises in early intervention programs, psychological and behavioural counselling with individual and organisational coaching. Early intervention models support organisations and ensure productive and safe work practices minimising crisis events which distresses individuals, families, loss of productivity in the workplace and breaks down positive workplace culture.
Hunterlink is a Not for Profit organisation with a DGR Charitable status. With the support of industry sponsors we can provide unlimited services to workers and their families from all over Australia, which for the first time in the history of Employee Assistance Programs adds a barrier free option to the restrictive “capped sessions” only model. Furthermore, Hunterlink is committed to the wellbeing of transport workers in developing countries that do not have the resources to access treatment options.
Our programs are designed to work and to bring maximum efficiency to individuals, families and organisations. Our comprehensive suite of packages, and individual specialised services are delivered by professionals who all belong to professional registered peak bodies.
